Application of PRECEDE-PROCEED Model in Health Education of Young and Middle-Aged with Lumbar Disc Herniation

To explore the effect of PRECEDE-PROCEED model (the health professional’s ability to apply theories behavior) in education for young and middle-aged patients with lumbar disc herniation.
